Eligibility & Originality Requirement:

To be eligible for nomination, submitted abstracts or brief reports of the nominated study must not have been previously published elsewhere nor be under review in any other journal. All submissions must adhere strictly to Psychiatry and Clinical Psychopharmacology guidelines.

Submission Process & Brief Report Requirements

Presenters wishing to nominate for the ICP 2027 Outstanding Research Presentations Awards are required to submit their research abstract during the regular submission period, and upload the Brief Report of their abstract by the announced deadline.

Submission Deadline: 15th February, 2027

Brief Report Format Guidelines:
  • Word Count: Maximum 1,500 words (excluding title, author affiliations, and references).
  • Title & Authors: Title at top, author names below, affiliations with supercited numbers.
  • Structured Format: Objective, Methods, Results, and Discussion. Abstract of the brief report should not be included.
  • References: Up to 5 key references focusing on core methodology and primary findings.
  • Tables & Figures: Maximum 4 tables and 2 high-resolution figures.

Tables & Figures Allowance: Regular award-nominated abstracts permit up to 2 tables and 1 figure. Full Brief Reports permit up to 4 tables and 2 high-quality figures.
