Registration Fees

Registration Notes
  • Registration Fee Includes: Attendance to scientific programme, exhibition area, congress documents (badge, programme, abstract book, attendance certificate) and official congress bag.
  • Participants who will register as a student must submit their student documents to the organization secretariat.
  • Student registration requires official student status documentation sent to dilara.kacar@burkon.com.
  • All participants (Speakers, Delegates, Representatives) must pay the registration fee to participate.
  • 20% VAT is excluded unless specified otherwise.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email to the congress organizing secretariat at dilara.kacar@burkon.com along with the payment receipt.
  • For cancellations received as of 14th February, 2027 fee will be refunded in full.
  • For cancellations received as of 14th March, 2027 fee will be refunded at a rate of 50%.
  • There will be no cancellation after 14th March, 2027 and only change in the name will be accepted.
  • All refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the event. EFT fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Accommodation Notes
  • The package prices including ‘all inclusive consept’ and check-in 14th April 2027 / check-out 17th April 2027, 3 nights hotel accommodation in Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort Belek
  • The all inclusive system includes open buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, minibar and lobby bar. (Breakfast on check-in date, lunch on check-out date is not included for all inclusive system.)
  • Participants who will not stay at the congress hotel are required to fill in the external participation form below.
  • %10 VAT will be added for the package fees.

External Participation Fees

For delegates not staying at the official congress hotel:

09:00 – 18:00 Day Pass
160 € + 10% VAT / day
Includes lunch & hotel facilities access.
09:00 – 23:00 Full Day Pass
190 € + 10% VAT / day
Includes lunch, dinner & evening hotel facilities.
External Participation Notes
  • As required by the hotel concept, the participants who will not stay at the congress hotel are considered external participants. External participants are required to pay an external participation fee daily. The external participation fee is not related to any association or agency. As the hotels in the region are big facilities and as they also have their own guests, they demand this fee. The daily usage fee must be paid to Burkon before the congress.
  • External participants from 09:00 to 18:00 will be able to have lunch.
  • External participants from 09:00 to 23:00 will be able to have lunch and dinner.
  • Depending on the participation time, the participation fee will not include the services except from lunch, dinner and complimentary foods and drinks served during the meetings.

  • Transfer fees includes mass transportation between Antalya Airport and Congress Hotel.
  • Participants who make their accommodation reservation at the congress hotel On April 14, 2027, the Airport-Congress Hotel and Congress Hotel on 17 April 2027 - Airport transfers It will be done for 80€ + VAT
  • %20 VAT will be added for the transfer fees.
